Return and refund policies for online purchases

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of any unused, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price, credited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item(s). Please contact us first to obtain an RMA number by emailing us your ORDER ID to info@sotru.com

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund. Items returned with out the RMA return number will not be accepted.

Internet Purchase Returns

On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the RMA number and reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another purchase, or receive a refund. Write your RMA number in large text on the outside of the package. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid to:

Please Note:

We cannot refund merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Orders returned with a proper RMA number may be charged a $5 restocking fee
These terms of use apply to all sales unless specific terms and conditions are listed by a specific promotion on that sales pages for the promotional offer.

Store Purchase Returns

For store bought items, you can bring your receipt and your returnable item(s) to the store where you purchased it for a full refund on defective or unused merchandise.

Shipping policy

SoTru ships online orders to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Continental United States orders are shipped via UPS, USPS and Fed Ex. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS. You should receive your products within seven to ten business days from the date your order is processed. Weekday orders placed by noon, PST, are typically shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm, PST, on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

International shipping: please give more time for these shipments, should you have a issue receiving please email info@sotru.com with your order ID.
