For the peanut butter whipped cream
1 can of coconut milk, refrigerated for at least 8 hours
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp of agave or your sweetener of choice
For the hot chocolate
1 – 1 1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 scoop SoTru Cacao Greens
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp agave
For the whipped cream
Chill the mixing bowl and beaters for 30 minutes.
In the chilled bowl, scoop out the hard cream from the coconut milk. Save the coconut water for a smoothie or another healthy recipe.
Add the peanut butter and sweetener. Blend on high until thick, stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until you’re ready to use.
For the hot chocolate
Blend all hot chocolate ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a small pot stirring occasionally over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Pour into mug and top with peanut butter coconut whipped cream and chocolate shavings
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
1 large mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 scoop of SoTru Vegan Protein Powder (vanilla, chocolate or vanilla chai)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
Shredded coconut to sprinkle on top.
Mix milk, mashed banana and vanilla extract together. In a separate bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and blend together until combined.
Melt coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a quarter cup of batter on to the pan. Flip once bubbles have formed.
Top with bananas, blueberries, honey, shredded coconut and enjoy!

1 scoop of either SoTru Vanilla Vegan Protein or Vanilla Chai Vegan Protein
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. molasses
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 dash ground nutmeg
1/2 c almond butter
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all the ingredients and drop in heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let the cookies completely cool before removing them onto a plate or tin.
This scrumptious Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake recipe is a great and easy way to start a fall morning or after a good workout. Who says eating well had to taste bad? Not us!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp honey (agave nectar, or sweetener of choice)
1 scoop SoTru Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 bananas (medium)
6 ice cubes
Directions – Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Top with chia seeds or pumpkin seeds.

2 cups raw or sprouted sunflower seed butter
3/4 cup raw, local honey
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups SoTru Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
3 cups sprouted oats
1 tables raw cinnamon
1/2 cup raw walnuts
4 scoops SoTru Fermented Fruitful Greens
1 cup raw cacao chips
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Use a 9 x 13 inch glass dish or pan. Add all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. (Easier if the sunflower seed butter is warm and pliable). Mix ingredients with electric mixer or by hand. Press mixture into pan and place in fridge. Keep in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. Remove from fridge and cut to desired size bars. – Serve and enjoy!
• 2 cups raw sprouted sunflower seeds
• ½ cup raw honey
• 10 pitted dates
• ¼ raw cacao
• 1tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• 1 scoop SoTru Chocolate Protein Powder
Put sunflower seeds in food processor and pulse 10 times
Add honey, dates, cacao, spices, vanilla and salt. Pulse until the dates are completely chopped and the mixture will all stick together.
Add SoTru Protein Powder, pulse until blended.
Roll into Tablespoon sized balls and keep refrigerated!
